INS To Concentrate Only
On Costa Rica

cannot sell policies out
of Costa Rica if the law

monopoly on insurance.
Legislators of the
Partido Liberación
Nacional (PLN) and the
Movimiento Libertario
(ML) decided to vote
against the
internalization of the
INS, voting against the
aspirations of the
Acción Ciudadana (PAC)
and Unidad Social
Cristiana (PUSC) to are
in favour of opening INS
up to international
markets.
