denounced US reinforced
presence in the
Caribbean with the
pretext of engaging in
humanitarian relief.
On his program Jose
Vicente Hoy, of Televen,
the vice president said
the hospital ship Condor
is touring the area with
sophisticated
information technology
aboard in addition to
medical devices.
Also the Nuclear
submarine USS
Albuquerque arrived late
July to Chaguaramas
port, Trinidad and
Tobago, and along other
vessels, it builds up US
intelligence gathering
to secure military
domain in the area.
Rangel warned that the
goal is to step up
control in Caribbean
maritime and air space.
