Argentine President
Decries Border Wall in
Mexico
President of Argentina,
Nestor Kirchner,
criticized on Tuesday
the construction of a
wall on the border
between US and Mexico.
Before Mexican senators
and deputies, Kirchner
expressed solidarity
with Mexico and
repudiated the metal
wall Washington is
building to try fight
illegal immigration.
Kirchner called on those
building "the wall of
shame" to reconsider and
understand that it is
better to follow the
paths of conciliation
and respect to
diversity.
It is not only an
affront to Mexico, but
to the whole Latin
America and the entire
world, said the
Argentine president, who
is on a state visit
