Delegations Confirm Presence at
SA Energy Summit
Twelve delegations have already
confirmed their participation in
the 1st South American Energy
Summit, to be held April 16-17
in Margaritas Island, Venezuelan
state of Nueva Esparta.
According to the Bolivarian news
agency, governmental
representatives of Argentina,
Bolivia, Brazil, Chile,
Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana,
Paraguay, Peru, Suriname,
Uruguay, and Venezuela will take
part in the meeting.
Prior to the official opening of
the event, the 3rd meeting of
Top Ranking Officials of the
South American Community of
Nations will be held on April 15
at Margarita Hilton hotel.
The summit agenda for April 16
morning includes the 2nd Meeting
of Ministers of Energy of the
South American Community of
Nations, while the Foreign
Ministers of the SACN will hold
talks in the afternoon.
On April 17, the SACN Summit
will be established by the heads
of Government and States
attending the event.
With the union in energy, SACN
consolidates agreements in
sectors such as health,
education, agriculture, mining,
industry, among others.
