Globovision Violates Venezuelan Rights
Caracas - The National Council of Socialist
Communicators on Wednesday accused the private
channel Globovision of repeatedly violating
Venezuelan citizens'' human rights.
Council representative Moraima Rubio told
journalists that Globovision emits racist,
discriminatory messages and constantly incites
violence.
She also announced her organization will join the
appeal on the grounds of unconstitutionality filed
against Globovision, and progressive communicators
will sign a document backing the appeal introduced
in 2004 by the Front of Bolivarian Lawyers against
this TV station.
