The Asociación Costarricense de Profesionales en Turismo (Acropot)
has created a special website
www.empleosenturismo.com for tourism operators to contract
employees.
The website, according to Acropot, is a tool to fill job vacancies
in the tourism sector.
The website allows employers to post their job opportunities and
anyone interested in working in tourism can register with the
website and post their curriculum for prospective employers to
review.
Dinorah Calvo, director of Acropot, said that some 350 people have
already signed up in the first week of the website's operation.
