Social (JPS) - the lottery people - have a suggestion, buy he or she

The JPS is holding a "sorteo extraordinario" (special edition) of
the regular lottery with a first pirce of ¢300 million colones, a
second prize of ¢27 million and a third prize of ¢13.5 million.
The cost of an "entero" (a entire ticket) is ¢6.000 colones, a "pedacito"
(portion) is only ¢600 colones.
