as a nation, with a

authority and a policy
of friendship and
respect for Third World
countries, he stressed,
after reiterating that
Cuba strongly opposed
and condemned US
maneuvers against the
Russian Federation.
Perez Roque referred to
Cuba's role as current
president of the Non
Aligned Movement, which
groups 118 states.

constant dialogue of
this group of nations
with Russia, and we
share the Russian
Federation's view
against war and insist
in the need of solving
issues by negotiation,
he concluded.
Today, the Cuban Foreign
Minister is expected to
