commercial partner
although they lack
diplomatic ties.
China jumped from the
17th place (with 78.6
points in 2006) to third
in 2007, with exports
that reach $62.9
million, following the
United States and the
Netherlands, and ranks
second to the United
States as client of the
Canal.
