 Marchamo Sales Slow With Only Days To Go
 Sales of the 2009 Marchamo have been slow, according to the state insurance operator, the Instituto Nacional de Seguros (INS).

With less than two week before the deadline, only 27% of vehicle owners (279.124) have paid their marchamo so far, meaning long lines at INS insurance agents and banks in the coming weeks.
