New Measures for Bolivia
Referendum
La Paz - Bolivia's
National Electoral (CNE)
announced new security
measures Thursday,
before the
constitutional
referendum scheduled for
January 25.
The initiatives are
aimed at avoiding doble
votes and ensuring clear
results, according to
CNE.
Among them are the
introduction of an
attachment to the
ballots with the
geographic information
about the location of
the electoral table, the
polling site, and the
constituency.
In addition, the ballot
box will have one
see-through side.
The court is currently
preparing the educative
material for the
electoral jury and
people in general.
