Gasoline Prices Drop,
Diesel Jumps At Midnight
If you need to fill your
tank with gasoline best
wait until after
midnight and before if
your vehicle runs on
deisel, as gasoline
prices drop and diesel
jumps at the stroke of
midnight.
The price changes
approved by the
Autoridad Reguladora de
Servicios Públicos (Aresep)
was published in today's
edition of the official
government publication,
La Gaceta, which
authorizes gasoline
stations to change their
prices at the pumps.
The price of a litre of
super gasoline drops ¢84
colones, from the
current ¢627 to ¢543;
regular drops ¢64
colones, from ¢591 to
¢527; however, diesel
jumps ¢32 colones, from
¢430 to ¢462.
