TalentFusion Expands Latin
American Recruitment Services
Centre
TalentFusion, a leading
Recruitment Process Outsourcer (RPO),
is expanding their recruitment
call centre operation in
Liberia.
Opened in 2005, the operation is
delivering low cost, high volume
transactional recruitment
services to Fortune 2000 clients
in the US.
After a year of due diligence,
Costa Rica was selected because
of its optimal blend of highly
skilled and educated English
speaking employees as well as a
cost effective and advanced
technology infrastructure.
Consideration was also given to
India, Eastern Europe and China.
TalentFusion found that the
costs associated with operating
in Costa Rica were somewhat
comparable with the other
countries plus the language and
cultural compatibility made
Costa Rica the obvious choice.
Costa Rica is also within the
central time zone and a short
flight from the US. "The demand
for services that include an
off-shore component has
increased dramatically for
TalentFusion, hence our much
needed expansion", David
