Breaks Up With Girlfriend
Rumours
abound that Costa Rican president, Oscar Arias,
is single again, after ending or suspending, his
romantic relationship with Geovanna de Mendiola.
According to those close to the couple, it
wasn't a lover's quarrel or the giving back of
gifts to each other, but rather an adult
decision by both adults to cool it for a while.
The sources say that couple are taking some time
away from each other to sort out their feelings
for each other after an eight month
relationship.
One of the issues rumoured to be the cause of
the break up is the lack of time the Prez has to
devoted to the relationship. Lately, the
president's time to the relationship has been
cut so short that they practically saw each
other only at official public functions and an
hour or two here and there every week and only
to share a dinner and no time for much else.
The hopes are that the couple will "get back
together".
