Aleman, as to the pardon
given by former
President Mireya Moscoso.
Aleman tries to
exonerate six former
officials who must
appear before the 12th
Penal Court of this
capital on August 14, to
determine if they will
be tried for corruption
and falseness.
Posada and his
accomplishes Pedro
Crispin Remon, Gaspar
Jimenez and Guillermo
Novo were sprung from
prison, given travel
documents and taken out
of Panama by plane, much
before the questionable
pardon was published in
