In Hospital
Former president Abel
Pacheco yesterday
morning was admitted to
the hospital Calderón
Guardia, in San José,
where he will be for the
coming days.
According to urologist
Carlos María Castillo
Morales, the 73 year old
former president, walked
in to the hospital and
would not disclose the
reasons or elaborate on
the former president's
health.
Morales would only say
that Pacheco is in the
intensive care unit only
because there are no
beds available in the
other wards and will be
kept in the hospital for
"observation" over the
next couple of days.
