Canada Ousts Costa Rica
The Canadian men's
sitting volleyball team
defeated Costa Rica
25-8, 25-12, 25-10 on
Friday at the 2007
Parapanamerican Games in
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
"Even though it was an
easy game today, our
main concern was to get
ready for the
semifinals," said head
coach/player Jose Rebelo.
"We knew that there was
a good chance that we
would play Brazil
[today], and we had put
together a game plan
that we wanted to try
out against Costa Rica."
