Italian Cultural Night At Big
Mike's
Chef Michael Forbes is hosting a
pasta-making demonstration,
followed by six course Italian
meal this Sunday (April 15) at
his location in Escazú.
The cooking demonstration by
chef Daniele Crema, from Torino,
Italy, will begin at 1:00pm.
Chef Crema will be making a
variety of fresh pasta’s shapes
and styles in the one hour
demonstration, longer is needed.
Chef Daniele speaks Italian,
Spanish and English and will be
able to field questions from the
audience. An interpreter in
French, Italian English and
Spanish will also, be on hand to
have some cultural fun with
Italian and it is hope that
everyone will go home with a
slight knowledge and verbal
usage of some Italian phrases.
The meal will begin following
the demo and be served in
courses like in Italy.
