NAI Global Expands Real Estate
Services In Costa Rica
NAI Global, a network of
independently-owned real estate
brokerage firms, has expanded
its international coverage with
the addition of NAI Costa Rica,
a brokerage services company
that has joined the network, a
NAI Global spokesperson told MHN.
“Costa Rica is not only becoming
a leading player in the Latin
American market, but is also
emerging as one of the top
growth markets worldwide,” said
Jim Landis, principal and
business director of NAI Global
Costa Rica. “As part of NAI
Global’s managed network, we are
better positioned to participate
in the increasing flow of
international business.”
Jeffrey Finn, NAI Global’s
president and COO, said NAI
Costa Rica, previously named
Bienes Raices Brisa, has
established itself as Costa
Rica’s dominant brokerage firm.
The firm markets several
multifamily properties there, a
NAI Global spokesperson told MHN.
NAI Global has more than 300
offices in over 40 countries,
and an annual transaction volume
in excess of $35 billion. NAI
Global offers brokerage,
leasing, investment, capital
market and due diligence
services, along with property
and facilities management.
