Pothole Situation Getting Worse

The rainy season is taking its
toll on the streets of downtown
San José and has drivers upset

isn't full of potholes and
efforts by the municipality have
been for none.

Costa Rica in order to meet with
President Oscar Arias.

Power outages used to be a
result of the state power
company - the Instituto

(ICE) - failure to provide
proper service. However,
recently, power outages are due
a completely different type of
problem: stolen cables.
