14 Years For Violation of Minor
Though he denied the charges right up to the end, a Guanacaste court sent Dennis Cisneros Gutiérrez to 14 years in prison for the violation of a minor.

The crime occurred in San José de la Montaña de Santa Cruz when the minor was only 11 years of age.

According to the Fiscal (prosecutor) Amed Caravaca, the man took the young boy by force, violated him and then threatened his life if he told anyone.

Forensic tests proved beyong a doubt that Cisneros committed the violation and the three judges of the Guanacaste court found him guilty.
