Chavez Praises China Cooperation
China and Venezuela have enhanced their cooperation and alliance thanks to the agreements signed among them, President Hugo Chavez said Friday in Beijing.

The two nations sealed agreements in energy, agriculture, infrastructure, science and technology fields.

Chavez, here on official visit from August 23, said that despite the intention of some media to minimize this visit, Venezuela will become a stable and long-term oil supplier to China.

The deals inked with China National Petroleum Corporation and SINOPEC will help increasing oil drilling and building the petrochemical pole in Paraguana peninsula.
