 Efforts to Rehabilitate Indigents
 The Municipality of San Jose launched its second operation aimed at taking indigents from the streets and taking them to shelters and rehabilitation centers.

These people, most of them addicts to drugs and alcohol, will be taken to facilities in Liberia, Perez Zeledon, Ciudad Neilly, and others, all of them distant from the capital city. These operations are part of the efforts by Major Johnny Araya to revamp San Jose.
