Boring and Disorganized
This years end Carnaval saw tens
of thousands come out to enjoy
the annual festivities but was
boring and disorganized.
Carnavals of the past have been
more colourful and well planned
out.

Nicaraguan man, attempted to
hold up the Banco de Costa Rica
on Paseo Colón, next to the
Centrol Colón office building,
shortly after 9am yesterday.
ICT
Approves Papagayo Marina
The Instituto Costarricense de
Turismo (ICT) approved the
creation of a marino on the Polo
Turístico Golfo de Papagayo in
Liberia, Guanacaste. The marina
will have 370 slips and the 20
year concession given to Marina
Papagayo.
