$300 Million in Investments
Real-estate firm Colliers International announced the launching of its operations in Costa Rica and plans to attract some us$300 million in investment during the coming three years.

The company's activities will focus on hotels, office centers, industrial parks, and malls, said Tomas Nassar, who is in charge of operations in Costa Rica for Colliers, which headquarters are in Toronto, Canada.

Nassar added that three five-star hotel chains are already interested in building at least 600 rooms on the Costa Rican northern Pacific.
