Million in Investments
Real-estate firm Colliers
International announced the
launching of its operations in
Costa Rica and plans to attract
some us$300 million in
investment during the coming
three years.
The company's activities will
focus on hotels, office centers,
industrial parks, and malls,
said Tomas Nassar, who is in
charge of operations in Costa
Rica for Colliers, which
headquarters are in Toronto,
Canada.
Nassar added that three
five-star hotel chains are
already interested in building
at least 600 rooms on the Costa
Rican northern Pacific.
