Terrorist Maneuver Unveiled in Venezuela
Venezuelan deputies denounced Tuesday a maneuver to grant Cuban-origin terrorist, Luis Posada Carriles, the character of political refugee in the US, supported by a Venezuelan imprisoned for the failed coup.

Deputy Dario Vivas told Prensa Latina that they are trying to pressure Venezuelan authorities to release ex official Felipe Rodriguez, known as "the raven", and take him to the US.

The strategy is to give the ex official, accused of instigating incidents that killed many people, as well as murdering three soldiers and a young girl, the status of political refugee and have him declare he was tortured in Venezuelan prisons.
