Prosecutor shot dead in Colombia
A prosecutor was shot dead when parking her car outside her house in the city of Medellin, northwest Colombia, the police said Saturday.

An attacker escaped on foot after shooting down Claudia Maria Toro Bedoya, who worked as prosecutor at the locality of Copacabana, some 10 kilometers north of Medellin, witness said.

The police said the cause of the murder has yet to be known.
