Traffic in and around downtown San José has
gotten worse since last Monday when the
vehicular restrictions were struck down by a
court decision, and mostly due to illegally
parked vehicles, no respect for traffic
signals, blocking of intersections and just
plain driver bad habits.

(InfoWebPress ) – The Comptroller General’s
Office has detected a series of weaknesses
in the control procedures that are supposed
to be implemented by the Costa Rican Water
and Sewer Institute (AyA) over condominium,

buildings in the El Coco-Ocotal, which seek
to get water supply from the aqueduct being
built in that area — according to article 38
of the Urban Planning Law, No. 4240.
