Disturbing to know how deep China has entered into countries that seem to have no means paying the 7% interest let alone the balance. Then the President Solis and his cronies have asked for over a Billion dollars from China in a ” loan”. What was the interest on that? There is approx. 4 billion in salaries, pension and bonuses each year for government workers. I Where am I wrong here? I know after asking for the money the Sharks were no long ” endangered” species.
