Guanacaste residents awoke to a 5.2 temblor Wednesday morning
November 11th, 2015 (ICR News) A magnitude-5.2 earthquake marked the start of the day for many Guanacaste residents Wednesday morning.
The quake’s epicenter was some 50 kilometers southwest of Playa Samara in the Pacific Ocean and struck at 6:08 a.m., according to the Volcanological and Seismological Observatory of Costa Rica (OVSICORI)
Some shaking was reported as far away as Alajuela, in Costa Rica’s Central Valley.
No damage or injuries were reported.
