Drug lord mask topping holloween sales

October 14th, 2015 (VOA) Mexican authorities are still looking for escaped drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzmán, but this Halloween, the hunt for the leader of Mexico’s Sinaloa cartel could be harder as many revelers are planning to don a mask that looks like the fugitive.
The mask is made by a Mexican company, which makes masks of other notable figures, but the El Chapo mask is topping sales, it says.
The company originally made 2,000 masks, but because of the popularity of the masks in Mexico and the U.S., it says it will make 1,000 more.
Guzman’s escape from prison has been a top news story in Mexico since he tunneled to freedom in July.
Mexican authorities say they have arrested over 30 people connected to the spectacular jailbreak, the second time Guzman tunneled out of a maximum security prison.
