Weekend housing fair will highlight options in $100k to $200k price range

June 25th, 2015 (InsideCostaRica.com) If you are in the market for a home in the $100k to $200k price range, you may want to make plans to visit the Expovivenda 2015 housing expo this weekend.

 

A number of options in several areas will be presented, including condominiums, townhouses and single-family homes in areas like Curridabat, Cartago, Escazu, Heredia, Moravia and Santa Ana.

 

Banco Nacional, Banco Popular, Banco de Costa Rica, Scotiabank and Promerica will also be on hand to discuss financing options.

 

The expo takes place this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Lincoln Square in Moravia, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

    200K for a place . There must be some pretty well healed government officials, business and expats to afford these prices. With the sector making average salary of $800.00 a month no way could even 2 working make the mortgage on this even the low end.

    I would not buy any thing in Costa Rica, THe crooked Government,over priced ever thing,The country could pull a Argentina and property value drop 66% in one week !
