    In Latin America ,it is the purpose of elected officials to steal as many funds as possible during their time in office,in any way they can.This has been it’s culture for hundreds of years and it continues today.Everyone is on the take. Doctors,bankers,policemen,lawyers,business owners and elected officials. Sorry but I have seen this with my own eyes.
