May 14th, 2015 (InsideCostaRica.com) The Costa Rican Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers (AyA) has announced that water service in the entire canton of Liberia will be interrupted on Friday, as the company works to complete the installation of fire hydrants.

 

Some 71,000 residents will be without water from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., the institute reports, though service could possibly be restored earlier.
