April 28th, 2015 (InsideCostaRica.com) An earthquake measuring 5.2-magnitude on the Richter scale rattled Puntarenas early Tuesday morning.
According to the National Seismological Network (RSN), the quake struck one kilometer northeast of Arancibia, Puntarenas, at 1:33 a.m. The quake occurred at a depth of 75.6 kilometers, according to the RSN.
Shaking was felt through much of Costa Rica’s Central Valley, Grecia, and Jaco.
There were no reports of injury or damage.
