COYOTE’S: San Isidro’s Newest Bar and Hang-Out Spot

December 12^th, 2014 – Perez Zeledon’s newest watering hole, Coyote’s opened three weeks ago on the main drag of Perez, Calle del Comercio, 50 meters south of the Complejo Cultural, on the second floor, overlooking our central district.  They are open every day, 11AM-2:30AM, and feature an over-stocked bar, great bar food, and friendly service.

The manager, Oscar Arguedas, speaks perfect English and is a Generaleno with years of local experience in the restaurant/bar business.  He makes every effort to create a welcoming, warm ambiance for his patrons.

Thursday night features live music with different local bands, Wednesday night is Futbol!, Friday night is Latin, Saturday night is disco, and in the new year, we will have a Tuesday karaoke night, so start practicing.

Carol Vaughn

Carol Vaughn is an Inside Costa Rica Community Reporter covering Perez Zeledon.

Carol Vaughn holds a Master’s Degree in Performing Arts and is retired from a career as a tap dancer and teacher. She moved to Costa Rica two years ago from Washington, DC, and settled into a cabin on the banks of the Quebradas River in Perez Zeledon.

She also blogs for AngloINFO and is a volunteer Warden for the US Embassy for Perez Zeledon, helping out fellow Americans in emergencies.
