December 4th, 2014 (InsideCostaRica.com) Some 5,000 residents of San Pablo de Heredia who have been without running water since Tuesday will continue to go without the essential service until at least next Thursday, according to Barva municipal authorities.
Authorities said on Wednesday that the problem is the result of damage caused to a primary supply pipeline as the result of strong winds.
Municipal officials said that residents would be delivered water by cistern trucks until water service is restored, which will take at least seven more days.
