May 7th, 2014 (InsideCostaRica.com) More than 30 people were left injured yesterday when the TicaBus in which they were traveling rolled over after leaving the road when the 57-year-old driver died of a heart attack while at the wheel.
The incident occurred 100 meters west of the Grecia junction on Highway 1. A representative of the Red Cross said the bus was at full capacity at the time of the accident.
Nine units from the Red Cross, a rescue team and firefighters responded to the scene and helped to extract injured passengers and transport them to the hospital.
