74-year-old man found shot with knife in neck in Tilarán

January 2nd, 2014 (InsideCostaRica.com) The body of Adrian Arias Solano, 74, was found in his home by one of his sons at 7 a.m. yesterday morning in Santa Rosa de Tilarán.

 

Arias had a gunshot wound to his head and a knife embedded in his neck, according to Miguel Araya of the Fuerza Publica in Tilarán.

 

Police do not have any information on the crime or motive for the killing.  The Judicial Investigation Organization (OIJ) is investigating.
