ICE worker falls from sixth floor in apparent suicide

October 21^st, 2013 (InsideCostaRica.com) The Judicial Investigation Organization (OIJ) is investigating an apparent suicide, in which ICE worker Carlos Eladio Delgado Ramírez, 53, fell from the sixth floor of the old ICE building in San Pedro on Friday.

While those close to the man indicate he may have been suffering from depression, OIJ Deputy Director Gustavo Mata said the case is under investigation and that evidence will continue to be collected in order to shed light on the event.

In a brief press release, ICE said the man served administrative functions and had worked at ICE for 34 years.
