Reader Poll: Should Costa Rica join the Central American Parliament?

Nicaraguan President, Daniel Ortega, invited Costa Rica to join the Central American Parliament (Parlamento Centroamericano, also known as Parlacen) last week.  Costa Rica is the only country in the region that is not part of the organization.
