Inside Costa Rica has nothing of value worth reporting on so this is the best you can do….What a bunch of ..Lazy unmotivated pot smoking reporters…….
georgechapogas
they have lots of things of value to report, but they are not doing so. pot or not, i do not know. but this stuff is just scold news. there actually nothing about what is happening that people want to know.

Oh, come on, it’s just a wire service story. AM Costa Rica and local newspapers throughout the US fill their “news holes” with the same stuff. I think the rule here is that if you’re not interested, don’t read it!
georgechapogas
yes but US newspapers also accurately report crime, am costa rica and ICR do not. it is intermittent, incomplete, and not helpful. there has been a wave of murders and gang crime in coco for example…. not a word about it so the people there live on rumors or ignorance. not good. we have recieved no response from the editor on this and people should complain loudly and often.

Since when do US newspapers report crime accurately? Seriously!?! Do you really think Detroit actually reports every shooting, robbery, assault, rape, home invasion or domestic assault every day? I think not. And tell us, please, how exactly did you find out about this crime wave in Coco? Apparently you were ‘motivated’. Others, not so much. They prefer to live on rumors and remain blissfully ignorant. It’s their choice. Otherwise one can learn the language and read the local news.
georgechapogas
i know the local language they do not report on coco, jaco except occasionally. etc. i earned about coco by asking business people, and said it was word of mouth. us newspapers do report more accurately about crime. duh. so we ask, what the hell is wrong with you?
