May 3rd, 2013 (InsideCostaRica.com) Exclusive video shows U.S. Blackhawk helicopters flying over Escazu, Costa Rica, on the west end of San Jose ahead of U.S. President, Barack Obama’s visit to the country.  The U.S. president is expected to arrive at the Juan Santamaria Airport in Air Force One at approximately 3:30pm local time (GMT -6).

    i find it difficult to accept Ticos allowed war helicopters in their air space.

    @georgechapogas:disqus The ticos had the area near the san juan river taken by Nicaragua last year. They have no army to dispute this nor to defend their borders. It is no surprise that they allow the Americans to patrol the waters and to do a show of strength in the air.
