Patient visits at Calderon Guardia Hospital to be suspended for Obama visit

Calderon Guardia Hospital

April 30th, 2013 (InsideCostaRica.com) Inpatients at the Calderon Guardia Hospital will not be allowed to receive visitors on Friday, May 3rd, due to the official visit of U.S. President Barack Obama.

The decision was made because the hospital has been designated as a “base” to deal with any emergency that may arise during the presidential visit.

According to authorities, there will be exceptions in very specific cases, with the approval of relevant authorities.

Visiting hours will return to normal on Saturday afternoon.

This “visit” really disrupts the daily lives of the citizens here. And for what?? Lady Laura with her hand out for money and lots of it mostly going into her ‘consultants” pockets. What a waste of time money and resources from both countries. This could have been used to feed many of the very poor here for months instead of feeding Lady l aura’s and Obama’s ego!

Some day and I hope I LIVE TO SEE IT the American people may get fed up enough to stop the craziness of DC.
