Nicaragua arrests American child-porn suspect on FBI’s Most Wanted list

April 23rd, 2013 (InsideCostaRica.com) Nicaraguan officials have detained Eric Justin Toth, a child-porn suspect and one of the FBI’s ten most wanted fugitives.

 

Authorities in Nicaragua said that Toth was detained near the border with Honduras on Saturday.

 

The former Washington D.C. elementary school teacher faces charges that he possessed and produced child pornography.

 

Toth lost his teaching job in 2008 after another teacher found child pornography on a school camera that was in Toth’s possession.  Toth disappeared afterwards.

 

The FBI had a $100,000 reward on offer for information leading to the arrest of the 31-year-old.
