Late breaking: Autopistas del Sol sold for $135 million
February 27th, 2013 (InsideCostaRica.com) According to a Reuters report from Spain, Spanish firm Globalvia has purchased Autopistas del Sol from Spanish builder Sacyr for $135 million.
Sacyr said in a statement that the sale is part of its plan to sell off mature assets in order to invest in other projects.
Globalvia, a unit of Spanish building firm FCC, will now fully control the highway, the companies said in a joint statement this morning.
