Moscow - The Bilateral Seminar in
session here Tuesday is focused on
strengthening of Guatemala and Russian ties
in trade, industry, energy and agro
industrial sector, assured sources of
Central American embassy.
The chief of that delegation Arturo Duarte
told Prensa Latina the Forum is focused on
perspectives of economic-commercial
cooperation and investment and takes place
in coordination with the Russian Chamber of
Commerce.
The Congress Hall in that institution

from Guatemala government and the business
sector led by Foreign Affairs vice Minister
Lars Pira and his Euro Asian peer, added the

Saint Petersburg to boost
economic-commercial links, emphasized the
diplomatic.
Duarte considered the opportunity
appropriate to announce in Russia the
Guatemalan government plans regarding energy
development, mining industry and other key
spheres of the national economy through
specific projects.
The program of the meeting, to which Prensa
Latina had access, also included an
exhibition over oil and gas perspectives in
the Latin American nation by Vice minister
of Industry and Energy Alfredo Pokus.
The expert will also refer to promotion of
the hydro-energetic sector and mine
exploitation in that country.

Ruben Morales will present an exhibition on
