Bolivia Wants Terror Backers in Jail

La Paz -  Bolivian Public Ministry issued an arrest warrant against the US repatriated Bolivian citizens, accused of funding a terrorist cell neutralized in April in Santa Cruz.

According to Attorney Marcelo Sosa, the information found in electronic equipment allowed them to confirm the names of some of the people involved: Hugo Acha and Alejandro Melgar, who fled to the US.

Luis Hurtado, Enrique Vaca, Hector Laguna, Lorgio Balcazar and Juan Carlos Velarde must also be captured.

Sosa explained that the request will be presented before the competent authorities and disclosed in the case of the two fugitives that the government may request collaboration from International Police, INTERPOL.

He said that according to the latest evidence gathered those people are involved in the supply of arms and equipment to the band identified as members of the group funding the extremists led by Bolivian Eduardo Rozsa Flores, who died along with other two collaborators on April 16 in Las Americas Hotel.

Magyarosi Arpad (Hungarian-Croatian) and Michael Martin Dwyer (Irish) also died in that action and Mario Tadic (Bolivian with Croatian passport) and Elod Toaso (Hungarian) were detained and are now in prison in La Paz.
