Violence in Bolivia
CARACAS - Venezuelan
President Hugo Chavez
said on Tuesday that the
United States is behind
violence to oust his
Bolivian peer Evo
Morales.

right's desperation, as

press conference, while
rejecting violent
actions by opposition
sectors in Pando
department.
