 Cuba Gets New Council of Ministers Vice President
 HAVANA - Cuba's Council of State Monday appointed Minister of Government Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz as vice president of the Council of Ministers, said local media.

Cabrisas, 71, will oversee the work of foreign trade and foreign investment ministries as well as other entities within the government.

The Council of State made the decision during a meeting on Monday. The move was proposed by the politburo of the central committee of Cuba's Communist Party.

This is the second change in the Cuban cabinet since Cuban leader Raul Castro took office in February.

The other change took place in April when Education Minister Luis Ignacio Gomez was replaced by Ana Elsa Velazquez.
